- Additional product may be checked out once 50% of the commission due to Council on checked out product has been paid.
- Limited returns end Saturday, September 28th, 9:00 AM – NOON
- limited to 10% max (retail value) of checked-out stock
- Returned product must be in SELLABLE condition.
- Product damaged by the Unit will not be accepted. *
- You will receive a receipt for your returns. KEEP a copy for your records.
- Upon receipt and confirmation of product count, a Council representative will approve the return and the Unit’s invoice will be adjusted within 48 hours.
- Unit to Unit transfers of popcorn do not count as a return.
- Utilize Band (must be a member) or your Assistant Council Popcorn Kernel to help facilitate these transfers.
- Unit’s will need to submit a POP SWAP form for Unit-to-Unit transfer. Once form is submitted, Unit invoices will be adjusted within 48 hours and a follow-up response will be sent.

- November 20th-22nd – Take Order pick-up
- Wednesday, November 20, NOON – 6:00 PM, Popcorn Pantry
- Thursday, November 21, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Popcorn Pantry
- Friday, November 22, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Scout Service Center
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th.
- Product remaining in Unit possession after the official sale dates may continue to be sold or used for local American Hero Donations until December 31, 2024.
Don’t forget: Earn an additional 3% commission for NO RETURNS!
