Ordering, payment and prize deadlines will be strictly observed.
All Unit Accounts must be paid by Tuesday, December 3rd. A Unit’s account must be paid in full before their Unit prizes will be approved and released.
Note: Failure to meet the December 3rd deadline will result in a 5% commission penalty.

- Deadline for Council prizes; $50 patch, $800 seller t-shirt sizes, Top 100 and Spin & Win party. (Unit Leaders only)
- If your Unit still has popcorn, it can be sold after November 3rd and Scouts can continue to earn towards Winner Circle for sales through December 1st.

- Military donation form MUST be completed for all Units. Either dollar amount, product amount or combination of both must be submitted.
- Unit ranking will not be posted until all American Hero Donations have been recorded.
