The lodge leadership is elected by the youth members of the lodge during the May election event. They are installed in their office and begin their term in August at the Council Wide Expo. The term of office for all leadership in the lodge is one year.
The lodge leadership is always looking for good help. If you see an area you are wanting to help with, send an email to that leader or committee and let them know.

The Lodge Chief along with the Lodge Advisor and Supreme Chief of the Fire are the Key 3 of the Lodge leadership.
The Lodge Chief is responsible for the operations of the lodge. He/She presides over the Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) and works with the Vice-Chiefs to assure all functions of the lodge are being handled in an appropriate manner. In the event that a Vice-Chief position is vacated, he/she works with the Lodge Advisor to find a replacement to finish that term of office.

The Vice-Chief of Chapters or 1st Vice-Chief would assume the duties and responsibilities of the Lodge Chief should the Lodge Chief not be able to fulfill his/her responsibilities. In addition to being 1st Vice-Chief, this position is responsible for working with the chapters in the lodge to ensure continuity of operations between the chapters and the lodge.
